How to receive a gift voucher
Send a gift voucher to me.
After processing an order and payment we will send a voucher to you by mail or our own delivery service. We will require signature on delivery. You can than hand the gift voucher to your chosen recipient.

After processing an order and payment we will send a copy voucher to you by mail or email. Our own delivery service or royal mail will deliver the gift voucher to the recipient. We will require a signature on delivery.
Collect a voucher in person
That is perfect. Please call us in advance so that we may prepare a voucher in advance. You can than hand the gift voucher to your chosen recipient.
How to redeem a voucher
Make an online room reservation. Present your voucher on arrival.
Stay, eat and drink and on departure the value of your voucher will be deducted from your account.
